The Holidays and our birthdays 2019

Let's end 2019 and begin this new decade with a Happy New Year gallery of celebrations!
Dirty Girlz celebrate after a Sunday run

Celebrating with Rhiannon and Brendan

Ringing it in!

More games, food, friends, and celebrating.
We both reached Level 6.3 this year!  Woo hoo!!!  That means we each have 63 years of experience and wisdom under us.
For Scott's birthday in November, we met his daughter & family and son and girlfriend at Wild Game in Longmont for food and games.  It was a surprise for him and he liked it!  We all had fun.

For my birthday week in December, we skiied, I got a new rain jacket and it rained when we went to lunch at a new brewery in east Longmont called Collision Brewery.  Great food!  And I chose the birthday run route with the DGz on Sunday morning to celebrate.

Ski day at Copper Mountain

Bad weather, great day and lunch!

We spent Thanksgiving in Longmont - we had a snowy hike in the morning then a delicious turkey dinner with friends Jen & Mike.  We also bought Scott a new car on the day before!
He loves his 2016 Nissan Pathfinder.  It's a beautiful deep blue with some bells and whistles!

Scott's daughter Lisa and family came to Longmont for a meal, Roosevelt Park lights, and a show at the Longmont Theatre Company since we would all be gone over Christmas.

My granddaughterTeanna visited for some dinner and baking fun.  xoxo

We spent Christmas Eve with Scott's family in Rock Island, Illinois and Christmas day with my family in Manhattan, Illinois.  Very convenient that our families are only a few hours apart.  We saw Scott's son & girlfriend and his daughter & family earlier in December to celebrate the season and 2 of their birthdays too.
Scott's Mom, Marilyn liked her white elephant Christmas vest

My great nieces and nephews in Manhattan

It was a big euchre and games holiday!

New Year's Eve - and the end of the teens.  It just seems weird that we are into the 20's - I hope they roar like the 1920's did.  I plan to roar all through the 2020's!
Christmas lights in Ranch Oaks - from house to house. So pretty.
