Slovenia's national park and Bled

Frothy raging river and people on the walkway.
Lush, green, wet, and loud from the water
The bridge over the river inside the cave. The path is almost 3 miles long.
Stalactites and stalagmites formed columns. That is not a swan in there but there are bats and some white blind fish-like animals rarely seen.
Today was rainy again so we started the day seeing one of Slovenia many caves and it was amazing.  We visited Škocjan Cave which is massive with amazing formations  and a river and waterfalls in it.  I did not take these cave photos, but they show it well. You can fit skyscrapers in there.

About 30 minutes away from the cave we followed a path built along a canyon for about 1.5 miles. The river gushes with waterfalls and rapids and it was especially wild because it's been raining here.  Also a breathtaking place and I'll add the name later when I find it.

We also briefly stopped at the lovely mountain tourist town of Lake Bled, like Estes Park - not as large or commercial but just as charming with a castle on the hill.   Slovenia is small but so packed with outdoor natural attractions. I'll put more pictures in another post.  Great day.
